Shipping Methods and Timeframes:
We offer shipping services through reputable carriers to ensure your merchandise is delivered in a timely manner.
The estimated delivery timeframes and available shipping methods will be provided during checkout based on your
location and will be shipped via our preferred carrier.
Upon receiving your order, we will process it within 10 business days – this will entail us making an order to our manufacturer in the calendar month your order is received. If we have your merchandise in stock, it will be actioned promptly. Again, as majority of orders are custom-made this will take a period of time. During promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight and size of the package, destination and shipping method. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.
Your merchandise will be tracked to the phone number on the order form; you will receive a message from our carrier (Australia Post) that it is on its way. A third party will deal with international orders when it arrives in your country.
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information, including your full name, contact number, and a valid shipping address. If you want special instructions on where to leave the parcel, please make a note for us. We cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or insufficient address details.
Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver your package to the provided address. If no one can receive the delivery, they may leave a delivery notice or make additional delivery attempts. You are responsible for following the instructions on the delivery notice or contacting the carrier to arrange an alternative delivery time or location.
We offer international shipping all over the world. The cost involved will be calculated at the checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 business days of the delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work towards a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
While we strive to deliver your merchandise within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or transport disruptions, may cause delivery delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed to the best of our ability and attempt to resolve any issues quickly.
