Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will need to be contacted and it will be determined if we will issue you with a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/not worn and in the same condition you received it.  We understand that the original packaging may not be in a reasonable condition to return the item, if you are able to use original, please do.

Gift cards can not be returned and are not be redeemable for cash.

To complete your return, we require the original invoice/receipt of purchase emailed to



We will replace items if they are the wrong size, if they have not been worn, if they are defective or damaged. We will re-order your item, in the correct size.



Once your item is received and inspected for signs of use/or wear, we will contact you via email and notify you that we have received your item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved of a refund, we will request your bank details and refund your original payment, we will send you a receipt of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange will vary – as a majority of our range is custom-made this has to be taken into consideration.

Take into consideration tracking for your returned items, as we are not responsible for items before they arrive at our business.
