Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will need to be contacted, and it will be determined if we will issue you with a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/not worn and in the same condition you received it.  We understand that the original packaging may not be in a reasonable condition to return the item, if you are able to use original, please do.

Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.

To complete your return, we require the original invoice/receipt of purchase emailed to lrbeltsandboots8@gmail.com

 

Specialised Orders

This relates to customised boots in regard to calf width and foot width outside our regular sizing. The measurements related to sizing, if taken by our company, will be replaced if the sizing is incorrect. However, if we are supplied with measurements taken by the customer, and they are deemed incorrect this will be considered outside the scope of our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Colour Combinations

Specialised colour selections-we do respect your choice of colour and material combinations, however your choice may not be suitable for others. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange for your order if you are not happy with the combination and will be on consideration from our company with the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/not worn and in the same condition you received it. If you scuff your outdoor leather soles up before you try your boots on, this will void a replacement. We understand that the original packaging may not be in a reasonable condition to return the item, if you are able to use the original, please do so.

 

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are the wrong size, if they have not been worn, if they are defective or damaged. We will re-order your item, in the correct size.

 

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected for signs of use/or wear, we will contact you via email and notify you that we have received your item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for a refund, we will request your bank details and refund your original payment, we will send you a receipt of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange will vary – as a majority of our range is custom-made, this has to be taken into consideration.

Take into consideration tracking for your returned items, as we are not responsible for items before they arrive at our business.
